Our swimwear is designed to be quite firm fitting compared to “fashion” swimwear so our sizing may feel a bit smaller than you are used to. We do suggest sizing up a size from your ‘normal’ size when wearing Kozii One pieces.

Active swimwear garments need to be a perfect fit in order for the wearer to gain the most out of their swimwear.

The “perfect fit” is a very individual thing as everyone has different body shapes and sizes and different requirements as to how they like to wear their swimwear. Some like to wear their swimwear ‘really tight’ while others like to go for more comfort.

In our girls and women’s swimwear please read the product and fabric description for the styles as not all styles will suit all body shapes and sizes.

We tend to use all our styles on a regular basis so if you find a style you like then you can always look for garments in this same style to purchase when we release them out in the different printed fabrics.

Sizing can vary considerably for one pieces , if you are long in the body i.e. from neck to crutch then you will need a larger size to accommodate for the length of your body.

PLEASE NOTE: THE BELOW IS A GUIDE ONLY WHICH IS BASED ON OUR SWIMWEAR. MEASUREMENTS/SIZING WILL VARY SLIGHTLY WITH DIFFERENT FABRICS AND STYLES.

For Kozii swimwear orders, we endeavour to turn your orders around within a 2-3 days of receiving your order and payment. We will contact you if we are experiencing delays that fall outside of this lead time.

We hope you love your new Kozii’s, however sometimes things don’t always fit or suit your style, so we offer a 14 day return policy on all new garments.

OUR RETURNS POLICY IS STRICTLY 14 DAYS – ORDERS REQUESTING A RETURN THAT WERE DELIVERED MORE THEN 14 DAYS AGO WILL BE DENIED.

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING FOR SPENDING OVER $150, BUT RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND THAT BRINGS YOUR ORDER TOTAL UNDER $150, YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN $11 SHIPPING FEE WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND AMOUNT.

If you receive your order and it is not suitable due to incorrect size or the garment is not suitable, i.e. colour or print is not suitable to the wearer and the garment has been tried on over underwear, the garment may be returned to us for either exchange or refund.

If a garment is returned for exchange or refund it must be in ‘as new condition’ and not have been worn in any way. We will deny and return any garments received that are marked or stained in any way & the cost of shipping back to you will be payable by you or deducted from refund of other items.

If an item needs to be returned for either exchange or refund, please print and complete the form below and include a copy in the returned satchel.

If you are requesting an exchange then you must include a return self-addressed satchel so that we can post back the exchanged item to you.

Please include a RETURN FORM along with your garment in the satchel.

Should the garment be recieved in a faulty condition – a replacement will be sent at our cost. If there is not an exact replacement available a refund, credit or different garment will be avaialble.

Should the Garment for return or exchange occur due to a fault by our office, postage costs will be paid by Kozii Swimwear.

CARING FOR YOUR KOZII’S

Whilst we can guarantee the quality and manufacture of our garments, we cannot guarantee how the owner cares for the garments once they are purchased. We would like to offer the following tips that you may find helpful with the care of your Kozii swimwear and prolong it’s wear.

Always rinse your garments in fresh water after you have been swimming, preferably before you go home from the pool.

Don’t leave them rolled up wet in a towel.

After use in Chlorine cold hand wash or gentle machine wash with a mild detergent to remove excess chlorine.

DO NOT soak, use bleach or fabric softener, or iron, or tumble dry.

Line dry out of direct sunlight.

Please be sure to take special care of your sublimated swimmers. Fabrics that have been sublimated can be more prone to pilling. Avoid all rough and sharp surfaces, don’t sit on concrete or rub up against any rough surfaces.

Avoid excess contact with harsh chemicals sometimes found in saunas, spas and pools.

Avoid excess contact with sunscreen lotions, oils, deodorants, make-up and perfume. Contact with sunscreen, suntan lotions and any other chemicals will have an effect on a garment's appearance and functionality.

Most importantly, follow the care instructions on the inside label of your swimmers.

CHLORINE GUIDE

Kozii make swimwear that is beautiful to look at and comfortable to wear. Most of our fabrics are chlorine resistant and certain fabrics in our range will be more durable than others in chlorinated pools.

We now produce a 100% Chlorine Tough Range that is designed especially for chlorinated pools using high quality Italian fabrics. However, chlorine may still damage the rubber and elastic in a garment over time, and swimming in some indoor heated pools will definitely reduce the life of a garment considerably. Our Plain coloured ranges (that are not in the 100% Chlorine Tough Range) will eventually fade in chlorinated pools.

As we now have a variety of fabrics in our range, we have included this chlorine guide on our new product pages to help you choose the right Kozii for your use.

VITA – SUBLIMATED

Made of a ECONYL® regenerated Nylon from the Healthy Seas initiative, Vita is elegant, fine, soft and breathable with a unique mix of muscular compression, comfort and UV protection (UPF50+). Thanks to its innovative construction, it is also resistant to chlorine, suntan creams and oils. This high-quality fabric is 25 times more chlorine resistant then standard nylon elastane fabrics.

Features: sustainable, chlorine resistant, UPF 50+ sun protection, shape retention, extremely durable, 78% Recycled Polyester, 22% Xtra Life Lycra.

VITA – PLAIN FABRIC

Vita Xtra Life Lycra is a new
advanced Italian recycled fabric made with Econyl and 100% regenerated nylon fibre from post consumer materials such as plastic bottles and fishing nets recovered from the ocean. This high quality fabric feels amazing on your skin
and is extremely durable. Feel good knowing you are helping to make a positive difference to our oceans.

Features: sustainable, chlorine resistant, UPF 50+ sun protection, smooth and soft, shape retention, extremely durable, 78% recycled nylon, 22% Xtra Life Lycra.

* For best results and a long-lasting garment do not expose fabric to pools that are heated or highly chlorinated.

VIVA

Features: sustainable, chlorine resistant, UPF 50+ sun protection, shape retention, extremely durable, 80% recycled polyester 20% Spandex.

CHLORINE TOUGH (CT)

Our Chlorine Tough (CT) Sydney Eco is a high quality UPF 50+ Polyester and PBT blend high performance fabric. Exceptional wear & durability in chlorinated water…they'll keep going in the pool as long as you do.

Features: 100% chlorine resistant fabric (50% recycled Polyester), UPF 50+ sun protection, fast drying time, optimum breathability, colours are fade resistant, 53% polyester, 47% PBT.

SUBLI-SPORT

Subli-Sport Polyester is a non- transparent fabric containing ceramic core technology. The technology prevents the “see-through” effect.

It also creates cooling effect by reflecting the heat rays, thus keeping the wearer cooler and refreshed. This high quality fabric feels amazing on your skin.

Features: sustainable, chlorine resistant, UPF 50+ sun protection, smooth and soft, shape retention, extremely durable, 82% Polyester 18% Xtra Life Lycra.

ECO

THERMAL

Vuelta Lycra is an innovative bi-elastic fabric with Lycra. Developed for cycling, running, fitness and high-performance sport this soft, brushed high performance nylon fabric offers exceptional softness and total comfort.

Features: hydro-fleece on the inside, extremely durable, high resistance to pilling & abrasion, anti-bacterial treatment, brushed for improved breathability, soft and comfortable, 86% polyester 14% spandex.
