For Kozii swimwear orders, we endeavour to process your orders within 2-3 days of receiving your order and payment. Please allow 5-7 days processing time during a sale. We will contact you if we are experiencing delays that fall outside of this lead time.

We post overseas orders via Australia Post.

Deliveries to some countries will require additional shipping time and fees, depending on the location.

Kozii has no control over your countries customs charges and taxes.

Please check with your authorities for what you can expect if you need to pay extra.

 

RETURNS

We hope you love your new Kozii’s, however sometimes things don’t always fit or suit your style, so we offer a 14 day return policy on all new garments.

PLEASE NOTE: NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. NO REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS OR DISCOUNT PROMOTIONS - INCLUDES FREE SHIPPING DISCOUNTS.

ALL ITEMS ON SALE PAGES ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

OUR RETURNS POLICY IS STRICTLY 14 DAYS – ORDERS REQUESTING A RETURN THAT WERE DELIVERED MORE THEN 14 DAYS AGO WILL BE DENIED.

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING FOR SPENDING OVER $150, BUT RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND THAT BRINGS YOUR ORDER TOTAL UNDER $150, YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN $11 SHIPPING FEE WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND AMOUNT.

If you receive your order and it is not suitable due to incorrect size or the garment is not suitable, i.e. colour or print is not suitable to the wearer and the garment has been tried on over underwear, the garment may be returned to us for either exchange or refund.

Please note that original and return shipping costs, duties and taxes are not refundable.

If a garment is returned for exchange or refund it must be in ‘as new condition’ and not have been worn in any way. We will deny and return any garments received that are marked or stained in any way and the cost of shipping back to you will be payable by you or deducted from refund of other items.

If an item needs to be returned for either exchange or refund, please print and complete the form below and include a copy in the returned satchel.

If you are requesting an exchange then you must include a return self-addressed satchel so that we can post back the exchanged item to you.

Please include a RETURN FORM along with your garment in the satchel.

Should the garment be recieved in a faulty condition – a replacement will be sent at our cost. If there is not an exact replacement available a refund, credit or different garment will be available.

Should the Garment for return or exchange occur due to a fault by our office, postage costs will be paid by Kozii Swimwear.
