Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your new Kozii’s, however sometimes things don’t always fit or suit your style,
so we offer a 10 day return policy on all new garments.
Please note: NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.
If you receive your order and it is not suitable due to incorrect size or the garment is not suitable,
i.e. colour or print is not suitable to the wearer and the garment has been tried on over underwear,
the garment may be returned to us for either exchange or refund.
If a garment is returned for exchange or refund it must be in ‘as new condition’ and not have been worn in any way.
If an item needs to be returned for either exchange or refund, please print and complete the form below and include a copy in the returned satchel.
If you are requesting an exchange then you must include a return self-addressed satchel so that we can post back the exchanged item to you.
Please include a RETURN FORM along with your garment in the satchel.
Should the return or exchange occur due to a fault by our office, postage costs will be paid by Kozii Swimwear.
